They would not say who cancelled it and were unwilling to recognise that Qeeq application and the Qeeq agent clearly told them this was showing as a valid reservation. When I put the phone on speaker with Qeeq agent on the line, the One Switch agent again denied the reservation and said it was cancelled. Even when I put a Qeeq representative on the line they did not want to speak to the agent. They denied that this reservation existed despite showing them the reservation details on the Qeeq app and confirmations on my emails.They were very rude were unwilling to talk, kept me waiting for nearly two hours. Case in point, my reservation (Ref: 93853084) was plain denied by the One Switch at Miami airport. Then they just call me with a group laughing and then state they are unsure why they called, never mind and hung up on me!!! I tried several times to call and no one answers and then it just hangs up the call! The car was left at the airport as the agent on the phone explained to do. There are stains everywhere, it smells and is just gross! As we drive away the car is literally a mechanical nightmare! The brakes grind, it feels like there are no shocks and the steering is super loose. As we get our car we fully understand the lady’s concerns. The agent outside, more polite, tells her they have no other options. no one answers any of the numbers on the card!!! As we are waiting for our car the lady in front of us gets hers and is disgusted by the cleanliness of the car. I was surprised he so gladly handed us the business car. He says you should be able to get an Uber. I ask him how we get to the airport of they do not open until 6 am as we have to drop the car off at 4 am. So now I am literally crying and I ask for a business card to which he gladly presents me one and writes his name on it. He simply said add him as a driver and pay or don’t. I explained he didn’t drive and wouldn’t be but Paul again didn’t care. My husband was going to use his MasterCard to which we were told he couldn’t unless we paid another $50 fee and added him as a driver. Then when I tried to put the deposit down my CC wasn’t accepted. I knew we wouldn’t be going through tolls but he threatened a large fee if we did. Paul made us get the fast pass for a few after I told him several times we did not need it. My rental agreement was for $215 and I paid $15 as a deposit. The agent at the desk, Paul, was very rude. We were 3rd in line at the rental car facility, which took another hour with only 1 counter person. Upon arrival to the airport we called for the shuttle. First I would like to start by saying this was by far the worst experience I have ever had renting a car.
